• Technical information used for analytics, crash reporting and application performance

We process information that is reasonably necessary to provide and operate Q Pilot Ops.

Q Pilot Ops provides a “Select from Contacts” option when creating a customer.

When you choose this option, your device's native contact picker allows you to select an individual contact.

Q Pilot Ops does not require or import your entire address book. We do not bulk-upload your contacts.

Only the selected contact's relevant information, such as name and phone number, is used to populate the customer form. You can review and edit the information before saving the customer.

Q Pilot Ops does not provide continuous GPS tracking.

The application does not continuously monitor or collect your location in the background for fleet tracking.

Q Pilot Ops currently does not use background location tracking as part of its fleet-management functionality.

Q Pilot Ops may send push notifications for relevant operational events, including:

• Job assignments
• Cash handover events
• Vehicle breakdown reports
• Other important operational updates

Notifications are targeted according to the user's role, permissions and company access.

Q Pilot Ops may use services such as Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Performance Monitoring to understand application usage, diagnose technical problems and improve application reliability.

These services are used to support application analytics, diagnostics and performance monitoring.

Information processed through Q Pilot Ops may be used to:

• Provide and operate the application
• Manage customers, vehicles, drivers and jobs
• Manage collections, settlements and expenses
• Provide operational notifications
• Provide customer support
• Maintain application security
• Diagnose technical problems
• Improve application performance and reliability
• Prevent unauthorized access or misuse

Qonsor Solutions does not sell your personal information.

Information may be processed by service providers that are necessary to provide specific application functionality, such as authentication, push notifications, analytics, crash reporting and application infrastructure.

Access to business and operational information is controlled through the application's authentication, authorization and role-based access controls.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

However, no electronic system or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users can request deletion of their Q Pilot Ops account through the account deletion functionality provided in the application.

Account deletion may deactivate or anonymize account information.

Certain business, financial, operational or security records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legitimate business, accounting, legal or security purposes.

Q Pilot Ops is intended for business and operational use and is not directed toward children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of providing the service.
