Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Q Pilot Ops, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the application.

Q Pilot Ops is an operations management platform developed by Qonsor Solutions for quarry, tipper and small fleet businesses.

Q Pilot Ops provides tools for managing business operations, including customers, vehicles, drivers, jobs, collections, settlements, expenses, cash handovers, notifications and related operational information.

Features may vary by plan, role, platform or future product updates.

Users are responsible for providing accurate information when creating and using an account.

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials and access information secure and for activities performed through their account.

Business owners and authorized administrators are responsible for managing users, roles and permissions within their organization.

Users must not use Q Pilot Ops to gain unauthorized access to another person's account, another company's information, or any system or data they are not authorized to access.

Q Pilot Ops allows users to record business and operational information such as customers, vehicles, drivers, jobs, collections, settlements, expenses and related records.

Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information they enter into the application and for reviewing their business records appropriately.

Q Pilot Ops is a software tool for recording and managing operations. Users remain responsible for their business decisions, financial decisions, accounting obligations and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Q Pilot Ops may offer subscription plans and a trial period.

The standard pricing currently offered is:

• Monthly plan: ₹149 per month
• Annual plan: ₹1,599 per year
• Additional vehicle: ₹49 per month or ₹588 per year, where applicable
• Trial period: 14 days
• Standard vehicle limit: up to 10 vehicles

Pricing, plan availability and included features may be changed in the future. Any applicable taxes or charges will be presented according to the applicable billing process.

Access to paid features may depend on the user's active subscription and applicable plan.

Subscription payments are subject to the payment terms and policies presented at the time of purchase.

Users may cancel or stop renewing their subscription according to the available subscription management options.

Cancellation does not automatically require deletion of business records or other information that may need to be retained for legitimate operational, accounting, security or legal purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use Q Pilot Ops for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to access information belonging to another user or company without authorization.
• Circumvent or interfere with authentication, authorization or security controls.
• Introduce malicious software or harmful code.
• Abuse, disrupt or interfere with the operation of the service.
• Use the service in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

We aim to keep Q Pilot Ops available and reliable, but continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, third-party service interruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may add, modify, improve, suspend or discontinue features as the product evolves.

Q Pilot Ops may use third-party services to support certain functionality, including authentication, notifications, analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, payment processing and infrastructure.

Use of third-party services may also be subject to the applicable terms and policies of those providers.

Q Pilot Ops, its software, branding, design, content and related materials are owned by or licensed to Qonsor Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Q Pilot Ops or its intellectual property to users.

We may suspend or terminate access to Q Pilot Ops where reasonably necessary, including in cases of misuse, unauthorized access, security risks, violation of these Terms, or other circumstances where continued access could harm the service or its users.

Users may also stop using the service and request account deletion through the available account deletion functionality.

Q Pilot Ops provides operational software and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.

Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate records and complying with applicable tax, accounting, employment, business and other legal requirements relevant to their operations.

Users should verify important financial, accounting or regulatory information with an appropriately qualified professional where necessary.

Q Pilot Ops is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Qonsor Solutions does not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every particular business requirement.

Users should maintain appropriate backups or records where necessary for their business operations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qonsor Solutions will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use Q Pilot Ops.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

We may update these Terms of Service when the application, services, pricing or applicable requirements change.

Updated Terms will be made available through the application or the relevant published Terms of Service page. Continued use of Q Pilot Ops after an update may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
